Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx)
– Cost: $12.95
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping (EMS)
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide, excluding certain Asian and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our professional pet grooming supplies. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be in original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened bottles of Colognes or Conditioners
  • Used Chalk & Powder products
  • Personal care items like Combs and De-Shedders
  • Opened Cleaning supplies

Returns Process

  1. Submit a Return Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Washington facility using a trackable shipping method.

Exchanges Process

For exchanges (size, color, or product):

  • Follow the same process as returns
  • Clearly indicate in your email the replacement item you’d prefer
  • We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days):

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
