At Wah Shop, we stand behind the quality of our professional pet grooming supplies. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of grooming equipment, apparel, or tools, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for our customers worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote areas).
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags attached)
- Original packaging must be intact
- Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following grooming products:
- Opened bottles of Colognes or Conditioners
- Used Chalk & Powder products
- Personal care items like Combs and De-Shedders
- Opened Cleaning supplies
Returns Process
- Submit a Return Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Use the template below for quick processing.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Washington facility (address below) using a trackable shipping method.
Exchanges Process
For exchanges (size, color, or product):
- Follow the same process as returns
- Clearly indicate in your email the replacement item you’d prefer
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days):
- Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
