At Wah Shop, we stand behind the quality of our professional pet grooming supplies. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of grooming equipment, apparel, or tools, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for our customers worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote areas).

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following grooming products:

  • Opened bottles of Colognes or Conditioners
  • Used Chalk & Powder products
  • Personal care items like Combs and De-Shedders
  • Opened Cleaning supplies

Returns Process

  1. Submit a Return Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Use the template below for quick processing.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Washington facility (address below) using a trackable shipping method.

Exchanges Process

For exchanges (size, color, or product):

  1. Follow the same process as returns
  2. Clearly indicate in your email the replacement item you’d prefer
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
  4. Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days):

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
